The Spirit Life mission is to help you discover simple, light-hearted solutions for your health, mood, business & life so you can have serenity, clarity & energy to thrive!
This is done by combining various biopsychosocial modalities such as meditation, mindfulness therapy, wellness and general life coaching with individual guidance towards beginner service-based projects and entrepreneurship.
I specialize in helping working women align their core values with their everyday lifestyle to create long-lasting, positive changes within themselves and in their overall life purpose.
The ultimate vision for Spirit Life is to become a source of light and hope through the promotion of wellness, education and service. The aim is to use holistic personal development in order to spark lifestyle change in the form of meaningful service at a local and global capacity.
The Spirit Life dream is to educate, inspire and empower others to take charge of their happiness rather than being a victim of their circumstances, through the knowledge that when your mind, body and soul are in alignment then life can be fulfilling regardless of circumstances.
The core values of Spirit Life are founded upon self-development through enhancement of mind, body and soul, and life transformation through purposeful service to others and making a difference all around the world.
Spirit Life is also the founder of Spirit Light, and proud supporter of the Aga Khan Development Network, International Volunteer Headquarters, and Trades of Hope.
Fatima Punja, BSN, RN, HN-BC, CLC, graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University and is a certified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Practitioner with the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association. She is a certified professional life coach and business builder program graduate through the World Coach Institute, as well as a certified meditation guide, and is passionate about helping others on their path to spiritual enlightenment, holistic wellness and joyful living. Fatima received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Emory University with a certification in nutrition, and serves as an active member of the American Holistic Nurses Association, currently working as an Integrative Medicine Nurse at the nation’s number one oncology research hospital.
Fatima uses a biopsychosocial-spiritual model of care to work with each client with enthusiasm and commitment. Many of Fatima’s teachings are based on evidence-based practices, personal experiences, and extensive research and readings of spiritual and inspirational leaders such as Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra, as well as her time studying at Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening. Her passion for spiritual enlightenment, background in psychology and years of experience working with hundreds of patients in the field of holistic health led her to becoming a life coach focused on enhancing her clients’ mind, body and spirit as well as their soulful businesses to allow for their happiest, healthiest, most holistic lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys her outdoor yoga practice, volunteering or spending time with family/friends, writing, dancing & traveling the world.
